Gores Technology Group Completes Acquisition of Resonate, Inc.

Los Angeles, Calif., April 2, 2003 -- Gores Technology Group (GTG), a privately held international acquisition and management company, announced today that through its affiliate, GTG Acquisition Corp., it has completed the acquisition of Resonate, Inc. in a merger transaction. The acquisition was approved at a special meeting of Resonate stockholders.
Resonate develops application performance management and traffic management solutions for business-critical environments. Commander is a unique, user-centric application performance management solution that proactively locates, diagnoses and resolves outages and performance bottlenecks before they impact end-users or the business.
